Mr. Clarkin holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is certified by the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. He has lectured extensively and facilitated numerous seminars on the topic of divorce mediation, and was named one of the "Best Lawyers in America" in the area of Family Law.

Kathleen A. Townsend, a practicing family law attorney for more than 20 years, is also a licensed clinical social worker and experienced teacher. She has been mediating family and divorce matters for over 10 years and is certified by the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. She is a frequent presenter at mediation workshops and family law seminars and is active in leadership positions in local and state mediation organizations. |
